No, delete Slackware to install Kahel. Instalation hang attempt addition grub, Sory for my english, im old man

ahh ..give your boot partition 256 or more mb ...and than followed by giving it a ext2 file system during the installation

no problem on age, we're glad to help in any way. i found this googling for your grub error 17, it's most likely applicable on your case. other than that, i would ask you to please post information regarding about your partitions and corresponding filesystems. thanks :-)

just choose ext2 for filesystem. it works for me.
