The torrent protocol is fault tolerant and may improve your download experience. </p> <p>As a British (English) speaking person, I have found the language on this site to be completely understandable, with the exception of a recent post. Even if the language wasn't perfect, we have to remember that not all 6 billion people in the World know how to speak English, or indeed may not have any inclination to do so; this is a choice they are free to make.</p> <p>GNU/Linux has many flavours because people like different things. If you don't like KahelOS or any other distro, then you are free to (and indeed encouraged) to try an alternative. Just because you haven't managed to install a distro, it doesn't mean that you should 'black list' it for others. Community Edition Live CD 1.1, is a bug fix release</p> <p>The applications that can be found are really similiar to that of the 1.0 release :)</p> <p>Heres a laydown of what to expect...<br /> It is a live cd and will boot directly into a nice GUI :)<br /> It is built using Larch 5 scripts ..therefore , KCE live CD in theory can be also booted from<br /> USB..:)<br /> It is rather lightweight...taking about only 80 mb ram on boot up</p> <p>Previously , ( in the beta release ) It had the following key applications<br /> LXDM (LXDE's display manager)<br /> LXDE<br /> E17<br /> Shaman ( pacman gui frontend<br /> Arora ( webkit based Internet browser )<br /> Xsane<br /> Pcmanfm ( file manager)<br /> Leafpad ( Light text editor)<br /> Brasero ( CD/dvd writer )<br /> Pidgin ( A IM client)<br /> A small handful of tools ( tools that configure moniter resolution , the locale , keyboard layout and users )</p> <p>In This final release , It contains all previously added applications and added a few more :D<br /> VLC player<br /> Exaile music player<br /> Ted text editor ( it is MS doc compatible )<br /> Mobile Media Converter ( an easy to use Video Converter )<br />
