I believe Arch is also looking forward to the day even though Arch and Kahel will be two similar but unique distros, we will be benefitting each other. Bryan's also working on the new direction for KahelOS. I'd like to be stucked with the kernel and init changes and rewrites, but we all have day jobs. Please keep in mind that KahelOS is not even yet on a version we can call 1.0 (even though versions are meaningless on a rolling-release scheme). We can use your help too if your interested. This is a community effort. On the issues they've raised, everything was mostly covered already. No copyrights were violated, and we've given their due credits (this point was a flame-bait by would be elitists if you followed it right). The next release of Kahel OS will be targeted for mainstream desktop users, giving them an alternative option to use 'a fast, simple, lightweight and rolling-release Linux desktop', lightweight enough to run on netbooks and comfortable enough for Ubuntu, Fedora and Windows users with the emphasis of being a rolling-release distro--to get the most recent and up-to-date versions available.
